What is your return policy?
We believe in 100% customer happiness.
If we made a mistake on your order, we will replace it free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot sell a customized book, so if you made a mistake, we will be more than happy to make you another book for the original cost.

What if a book I order is out of stock?
If a book you order is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. It will take approximately 2 weeks longer if book is not in stock. If you would like to choose a different book, simply let us know in your reply e-mail.

Are the personalized childrens book hard covers or soft?
All of the books are made with quality washable hardcovers.

Do you have a brochure or order form that can be sent to my address?
Yes. E-mail us your name and address at abookofmyown@yahoo.com and we'll send an order form and a full color brochure to you right away!

What if I want to order 2 books for the same child. Can I use the same order form?
No, you must use a different order form for each book you wish to order so we can personalize each book.

Shipping Cost and Shipping Time
Please note that due to licensing restrictions our personalized books may only be shipped within the United States.
Books in stock are usually shipped within 2-3 business days once payment is received. If paying by check, check must clear before book is made.

USPS (7-9 business days) $3.00 per Book

Priority (1-3 business days) $6.00 per book

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal. Through Paypal you can be assured that your debit card, checking account and credit card information is safe and secure.

Do I have to have a Paypal account to order?
No, just click on “no account” and PayPal will walk you through the process. It is free!

How many pages are the personalized books?
Each personalized book is approximately 24 pages with 12 pages of text and 12 pages of pictures.

How big are the Personalized books?
Our Personalized Books come in two sizes 9" x 6" and 12" x 9"
